£25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum

Hours of work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday - Friday with one hour for lunch.

With the growth of our client's company, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful team.

Sales Administrator duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone queries from internal and external customers
  • Quoting prices and following these up to secure new business
  • Processing orders
  • Managing defects
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Liaising with the Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time
  • Liaising with suppliers and chasing outstanding invoices

Requirements to fulfil the role of Sales Administrator:

  • Experienced in working within an administration environment
  • At an intermediate-advanced level with IT knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills
  • An extremely committed and self-motivated person
  • Particular about the presentation and outcome of their work
  • Able to work with a degree of autonomy
  • Ambitious and willing to take on any challenge that is presented to them
  • Confident with a mature attitude
