- Inputting and assisting with all invoices, credit card spending and employee expenses
- Assisting with monthly client invoices, producing monthly fees and recoverable expense invoices and statements for clients
- Posting daily financial transactions
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Assisting with preparation and effecting of month and year end procedures
- Assisting the with year-end SRA SAR audits and preparation of year-end financial accounts/ statements
- Handling disbursements

- Assisting with insurance and PII renewals
- General office admin including maintaining financial records
