A very successful private equity firm have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Associate Director of Fund Investment Operations & Transaction Support.
This is an interim 9 month initial contract starting ASAP.
This is a pivotal role within a fast paced fund finance department and the role encompasses;

Transaction/Deal Support,

Supporting new deals from a finance perspective

Liaising with deal team on financing, refinancing and exits

Fund and tax structuring

Represents the firm on Fund Boards,
-
Responsibility for full fund lifecycle including liquidations and exits,

Fund structure compliance
-
Managing the administrators
-
Interacting with fund controllers & performance reporting teams to update them

Process improvement in the transaction cycle
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be experienced in complex Lux Private Equity or Debt fund structures
- Have extensive experience in supporting investment/M&A activity
- Have a Bachelor's Degree and/or Accounting Qualification
