We are recruiting for an experienced Estate Manager to manage a Residential development in Essex.
Monday - Friday. This is a full time permanent position paying up to £56k pa depending on experience.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for the day to day running of the development
- Managing a large number of separate budgets
- Training the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Adhering to health and safety procedures ensuring top standards are continuously being met.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with residents.
- Liaising with contractors and external staff.
What are we looking for?
- Someone who has experience in a similar management role in Residential
- Experience in managing multiple budgets
- Previous team management experience
- Fantastic customer service skills.
