Well established Midlands Retail Design Agency are looking for a Creative 3D Retail Designer to join their growing team. Someone who combines brand vision and creativity to deliver beautiful retail design solutions for global high street brands and retailers. As a creative in the 3D team, you'll work closely with the senior designers, head of creative, and work collaboratively with other teams.

What you will do as 3D Retail Designer:
- Deliver design solutions for all projects that are as creative as the budget and brief requires
- Create well designed scamps, mood boards and mac visuals for client presentations, on occasion presenting ideas to the client
- Provide research and strategic insight to underpin pitch and creative presentations
- Liaise with external partners/suppliers/agencies regarding the production of design related material
- Support the client service team in managing retail design projects and maintaining client relationships
What you will need as 3D Retail Designer :
- Background in Experiential Retail Design across branded space, POP UP, store & furniture design and marketing activation
- Adaptable and resilient in a deadline-driven environment
- Expert knowledge in 3DSMax and VRay, with experience using AutoCad or Vectorworks, and excellent Adobe suite skills
- Experience of working in an agency environment in similar role
- Sound knowledge of all related manufacturing and production processes to provide commercially sound creative solutions
- Capable of upholding established business systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards
