Transport Administrator

Job Title: Transport Administrator

Job description: We are currently recruiting for a temporary Transport Administrator based in Speke, Liverpool

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Immediate start

Duties will include:

  • Data entry onto excel spreadsheets
  • Liaison with the Customer Service Team when required
  • Checking vehicle check sheets and dealing with discrepancies
  • Completing delivery notes for completed jobs, signatures and other information
  • Analysing training records to understand requirements – CPC records
  • Gathering vehicle file information on the computer system and creating hard copies
  • Inputting dates and information on calendars

The successful candidate:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience in a transport administrator-based role is desirable, but not essential
  • Can start on short notice
