You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of business to business customer service. You will be supporting colleagues and customers with enquiries as well as obtaining, analysing, and verifying the accuracy of information submitted in a timely manner. Queries will be dealt with either by telephone and email so you must be confident picking up the phone as well as responding via email.
As well as full industry training, you will initially receive a £23,000 salary, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and you will gain an extra day each year of employment, paid for social events, wellbeing app, online GP, parking on site plus company pension. Internal promotions are common here also so development and training are provided and encouraged.
Key Duties
Support the Team in the delivery of effective and efficient policy admin
Timely completion of amendments or cancellations
Enforcement of cancellations due to non-payment, non-disclosure, or non-provision of documents
Dealing professionally with queries and maintaining close relationships with the sales and service teams
Ensuring Compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines
Record all correspondence to create a clear audit trail for the Underwriting Team
No specific prior experience is required, and full training will be provided. you will however have; Customer focus
Strong confident communication, verbal & written
High level of accuracy
IT literate with confidence using Microsoft packages
Positive attitude
Comfortable working with numbers
