Juice is excited to be supporting a well-known Financial Services Company based in Bath City Centre, in their search for multiple Remediation Administrators to join their friendly team.
You'll play an essential role within their operational teams, responsible for the seamless processing of high volumes of instructions while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role will see you processing new investments and providing crucial administrative support across our diverse range of third parties.
DAY TO DAY:
- Processing applications and support the team with administrative tasks.
- Handling requests from Financial Advisors.
- Ensuring application processes are accurate and complete, meeting daily deadlines.
- Liaising with relevant parties to obtain necessary documents, such as from banks and building societies.
- Cleansing data in systems and client databases as needed.
- Participate in team projects as required.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Previous experience in Financial Services or a similar regulated environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A genuine interest in finance and economics.
- An understanding of investments.
- Highly organised with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
