Pertemps are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a small business in West byfleet for 4 - 8 weeks. This position is going to be covering paternity leave and looking to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties
  • Produce quotes
  • Sales order processing
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Booking in couriers
  • Purchase order processing and recording of goods received
  • Office and warehouse administration and stationery ordering
  • Liaise with the warehouse and engineers

Requirments:

  • Sage 50 experience
  • Strong administration experience
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Available immediately
