Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an organisation based near Reading. This is a super opportunity for someone who is keen to kick start their career in an office environment who is customer focused and an effective communicator.

Working hours Monday - Friday 9am -5pm and the role fully office based.

Sales Administrator duties include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Administration experience would be a advantage
  • Booking couriers
  • General administrative duties including answering the telephone.
  • Keeping customers informed of their order progress whilst it is being manufactured

Sales Administrator required qualifications and skills:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
