Marketing Manager

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for a Marketing Manager, based in Cheltenham.

You will play a central role in shaping and executing integrated marketing initiatives that support long-term brand growth and market presence. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans and act as the primary brand guardian across all communications.

Day to Day:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Build and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand and commercial objectives.
  • Go-to-Market Activation: Implement marketing activities with excellence and agility across key channels and markets. This may include partnerships, sponsorships, PR activations, events, reviews, and media planning.
  • Joint Business Planning: Support and execute collaborative planning with key retail and distribution partners to align on mutual goals.
  • New Product Development (NPD) Launches: Work with stakeholders to deliver launch plans for new products, ensuring market readiness and alignment with broader category strategies.
  • Agency Management: Brief and manage external marketing or creative agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals.
  • PR Strategy Execution: Plan and manage public relations strategies, building media relationships and ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Market & Performance Analysis: Track and analyse brand and campaign performance, including competitor analysis, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.
  • Influencer Relations: Collaborate with the Social Media team to identify, brief, and manage influencer partnerships, both directly and via agencies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee paid media campaigns, working with digital and e-commerce teams to ensure performance optimisation and budget efficiency.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication channels and materials.
  • Marketing Toolkit Development: Oversee the creation of brand toolkits, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets across channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to develop presentations and marketing materials for key retail partners. Some travel may be required for meetings or events.
  • Design Asset Management: Manage internal creative teams or studios to deliver high-impact marketing assets in line with campaign plans.
  • Portfolio Support: Provide general marketing support across other brands within the business based on strategic priorities.

We would love to see:

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking with end-to-end marketing execution experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at managing stakeholders and agencies.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Agile and responsive to market trends and cultural shifts.
  • Strong project and event management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfortable working with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
