Daily Duties:
- Daily reconciliations of various deposit accounts
- Process and deductions advised by internal teams
- Refund of deposits
- Reconcile Master move out spreadsheet
- Maintain website with changes to deposits (returns, suspense etc.)
- Maintain diary and emails
- Issue monthly payments to contractors, including calculating handling fees
- Bank account reconciliation
- Process tenant refunds
- Reconcile tenants' unallocated rent account and spreadsheet
- Assist with landlord payments twice monthly
- Income and costs analysis
- Rental Guarantee sales & purchase postings, along with account reconciliations
- Other ad hoc Accounts duties
Key Skills:
- Recent graduate or 12 months finance experience
- Desire to progress – CIMA studies
- Computer literate and experiences with various Office programmes
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to learn quickly
