  • Deliver multifaceted support by undertaking a wide range of administrative duties.
  • Arrange meetings for directors who currently lack PA support and provide coverage during annual leave or sickness within the team.
  • Administer meetings across various service areas, ensuring efficient coordination and seamless execution.
  • Collate agendas and take precise notes or minutes during meetings.
  • Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of time for all stakeholders.
  • Draught professional correspondence on behalf of directors, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably providing PA support to a senior executive.
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with at least 2 days in the office, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
