A vibrant opportunity has arisen for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support our industrial/manufacturing company's growing international client base on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Description
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat
- Delivering excellent customer service to both English and French speaking clients
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing knowledgeable solutions
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
Profile
A successful French-speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Proficiency in both French and English languages
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Computer literacy, especially in CRM systems and MS Office
