We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help grow our B2B (Clinic) business in the UK!

What You'll Do:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our B2B expansion in the UK. Your mission will be to build and nurture relationships with businesses, from high-end medi-spas to dermatologists, and everything in between. Here's what you'll be doing:

Identify Opportunities: Seek out and identify potential business partners and clients who will benefit from our evidence-based skincare.

  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop relationships, on-baord clients and then build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clinics, ensuring they receive exceptional customer care and follow-up.
  • Strategise and Execute: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve our B2B sales targets.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our Lead Business Development Manager in Australia, our Global Head of Marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with our overall company strategy.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Employ a solution-based mindset to address client needs, providing tailored recommendations that drive mutual success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience in a CRM such as Pipedrive or Salesforce.
