Early Years Practitioner Benefits

- 4 or 5 Days - 40 Hours
- Shifts range from 7.30-4.30 to 9.00-6.00pm
- All Year / Permanent
- Please note we cannot accommodate school hours or term time
Level 3 Salary: A competitive salary of £28,000 to £30,000pa - depending on age, qualifications, and experience
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
- Promote positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Innovate with activities, and constantly challenge your children's learning and development
- Work effectively and cooperatively alongside our tight-knit team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children at all times.
- Support the team in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS and our own Philosophy.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
- Be eligible to work in the UK
