Hays are delighted to be partnering with a public sector organisation based in St Andrews who are looking to appoint an HR Officer on a temporary basis.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support including administration for recruitment, onboarding, updating employee details, processing absences, updating policies, supporting with Hr Projects and providing first line HR advice to employees. This will be a temporary role for approximately 4-8 weeks to start as soon as possible.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR officer/administrator with excellent organisation skills and the ability to take initiative. Ideally you will be available to start immediately.
What you'll get in return
This role offers a competitive rate of £16.93 per hour, 37.5 hours per week and hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day working from home).
