A varied Production Administrator position has arisen, working on a full-time basis for a manufacturing company near the Tile Hill area of Coventry. Joining a small team, you will be working alongside engineers, production & the shop-floor team to provide administrative support.
As the Production Administrator you will be -
- Managing and updating the ERP system
- Completing risk assessments, compiling accident reports and ensuring H&S system is compliant
- Raising and submitting purchase requests, printing out delivery notes and arranging collections of parts
- Managing and updating audit reports, maintenance reports and assist with preparing for quarterly audits
- Handling incoming calls and developing strong working relationships with customers and suppliers

- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Good customer service with a strong telephone manner
- Good numeracy skills

- Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm (some flexibility)

- Starting salary £24-26k
