Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team the role of the SAAS Sales Manager will be a pivotal role within an amazing start up business.

The key duties of the SAAS Sales Manager will be:

  • Conducting presentations & demonstrations to B2B potential clients
  • Set up of new department processes
  • Assisting in the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Recruiting and inducting new Sales team
  • Analysis and reporting on pipeline & targets
  • Ongoing training and support of the sales team
  • Monthly Appraisals and 1-1's
  • Assist in the success of the business
  • Share ideas and collaborate with the Marketing Team and all other areas of the business
  • Assisting with trade shows and marketing campaigns

The successful SAAS Sales Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong background in SaaS sales
  • Previous experience of setting up a new sales team
  • Strong networking and presentation skills
  • Flexible attitude with a high desire to succeed
  • Self motivated, direct and reliable
