Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team the role of the SAAS Sales Manager will be a pivotal role within an amazing start up business.

The key duties of the SAAS Sales Manager will be:
- Conducting presentations & demonstrations to B2B potential clients
- Set up of new department processes
- Assisting in the implementation of a new CRM system
- Recruiting and inducting new Sales team
- Analysis and reporting on pipeline & targets
- Ongoing training and support of the sales team
- Monthly Appraisals and 1-1's
- Assist in the success of the business
- Share ideas and collaborate with the Marketing Team and all other areas of the business
- Assisting with trade shows and marketing campaigns
The successful SAAS Sales Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong background in SaaS sales
- Previous experience of setting up a new sales team
- Strong networking and presentation skills
