Payroll Administrator, £24,500 Per Annum, Bradford/Hybrid Working
Macmillan Davies are working on with a leading and well-established national entity who are looking to attract a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. This role will function to be the first point of contact for all internal payroll assistance.
About the role:
- Initial point of contact for internal customers to provide payroll support guidance
- Ensuring the payroll experience for all colleague's error free.
- Supporting the on-going maintenance and accuracy of data held on the system.
- Making sure payroll is accurate at all times.
- Creating management information via business reporting.
- Continually improving internal processes
- Remaining compliant with internal and external standards at all times.
About You:
- Previous Payroll experience within a fast-paced organisation (Desirable)
- Solid administration background and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of payroll procedures
- Knowledge of PAYE legislation and HMRC requirements. (Desirable)
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
