Gleeson Recruitment Groups are happy to share that we are supporting a well know FMCG business based in Birmingham recruit for a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As Finance Business Partner you will monitor, evaluate, and analyse various costs, understand variances, and highlight areas for process improvement.
Your Tasks
- Preparation, analysis, and reporting of performance vs forecast/plan on various areas of spend.
- Analysing variances and working with Business partners to understand reasons for Variances and any actions required.
- Producing monthly commentaries on performance of the divisions KPIs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative drive towards achieving targets.
- Prepare month end journals & reporting as required for areas of responsibility.
- Be responsible for reviewing actuals and preparing forecasts
- Reviewing Savings calculations and ensure that they are correctly reported for areas of responsibility.
Your Profile
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified with an analytical mindset
- Audit background would be useful
- Experience of business partnering
- FMCG experience may be helpful
- Strong excel skills
