Title: Ecommerce Assistant
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000
Location: Flint, North Wales
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (12 weeks probation)

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborating closely with colleagues, you will be working across the full range of digital marketing and online selling functions, including email marketing, website management, advertising and diving straight into running and growing the social media marketing portfolio.

You will also become the point of contact for all elements of the sales and marketing administration and ecommerce support. Your overall remit will be to build on existing best practices and drive improvements where you see them.

The full-time position is based at the Group's office and distribution centre in Flint, North Wales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and run email marketing campaigns, website blogs, product infographics and videos, plus manage and boost the social media portfolio.
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the company website and Amazon store, including keeping product listings and content up to date, managing orders, contributing to SEO and competitor analysis and producing performance reports where required.
  • Take the lead on arranging promotional photos and videos of products, plus show a willingness to understand the products and contribute to documentation where needed.
  • Assist in the management of stock movement and shipments, particularly within the Amazon seller central system.
  • Maintain excellent internal communication with colleagues and other departments.
  • Assist in day-to-day customer service across online messaging services, email and phone calls as required.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, customer feedback and product questions.
  • Contribute to and maintain various reports and spreadsheets as required.
  • Contribute to company-wide administration tasks including ERP data entry, financial remittances, price lists and supplier information.
  • Ensure all entries and reporting through the online channels are correct and consistent.
  • Maintain up to date product information as required.

What you will need:

  • Creativity and confidence to share new ideas
  • Up to date with modern digital marketing and social media channels and audiences.
  • Passionate about marketing and customer engagement
  • Willingness to learn and master new tasks
  • Familiarity with software such as Adobe, Mailchimp and Canva, plus all modern social channels is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce is an advantage.
  • A patient and thoughtful manner is needed for customer engagement and familiarity with Trustpilot is an advantage.
