Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance
- Support cost-analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure
- Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Effectively present findings and recommendations to Commercial Finance Team
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
- Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes
Requirements
- CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified
- Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing and stat accounts preferred but not essential
