Green Bee Recruitment are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in-office at our HQ in Sedgley.
You'll join our friendly and fast-paced team and will put your excellent relationship building skills to good use in this 360 recruitment role.

As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you'll lead our small team of consultants and apprentices. This is an office based position but will call for client visits in the local area.
You'll recruit predominantly in the Childcare, Professional Services & Hospitality sectors and will be responsible for prospecting new clients and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
? Prospecting for new clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
? Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients
? Proactively sourcing and engaging with candidates
? Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
? Working to revenue based targets
? Leading a small team of recruiters and apprentices
? Ensuring KPI's are met on an individual and team level
Skills & Experience
? Must have at least 2+ years experience in a recruitment consultant position
? At least 1 years experience of managing a team (e.g. Team Leader, Manager, etc.)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Full UK Driving License ?
Access to a vehicle with business insurance
? Competency in IT, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
? Ability to reliably commute to Sedgley as this is a full time, office based role
