Based in stunning offices in the centre of Bath, we are looking for driven and motivated individuals looking for a career in a progressive company.
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 Saturday in 4 – 9am – 1pm)
£24,336 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS + 27 days holiday
100% office based
Typical duties include:
- Providing full customer service and administrative support to the customers
- Helping customers with their queries and resolving problems
- Being the first port of call for all customers via email, web chat, post and ‘phone
Ideally you will have:
- A proven track record in customer service
- Strong administrative skills
- Hospitality experience is welcomed
- To degree level or equivalent preferred
