Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their Service Department at a franchised dealership in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role either in an independant or franchised dealership ,have good communication skills and a clear manner as part of the job entails discussing the work undertaken in the workshop and the invoice content with customers, handling of the payments and maximising the profitability on each job card by "upselling". Excellent basic depending on experience plus bonus structure means an OTE of £37500. A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL and you must be prepared to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
