Our client, a rapidly expanding SME who specialise in a construction-related industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager preferably with experience of working in the construction industry.

Offering a salary of circa £50,000 plus benefits, the position is based at the company offices in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations ensuring that this fast-paced, energetic company, comprising six teams, has the necessary materials and maintains efficiency and excellence in service delivery and resource management for during this period of rapid growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or buildings industry
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
