Business Travel Consultant (Music) - Exciting new opportunity to join a successful Travel Management Company and arrange travel for A-list clients in the Music industry. We are looking for an experienced Business travel consultant or Travel consultant who has arranged travel for touring musicians or arranged travel within a comparable field.
Salary £38,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits and an opportunity to work closely with your dedicated clients. Role is office-based in London.
Business Travel Consultant (Music) duties:
- Booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for Music dedicated clients and groups
- Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
- Giving first class service to every client and building rapport with tour managers or travel manager
Business Travel Consultant (Music) skills required
- Strong business travel experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of Galileo or a similar GDS
- Ticketing and reissuing experience
- Knowledge of group travel on a GDS would be an advantage, although not essential as this part can be trained providing you've used a GDS
- Exceptional service and the ability to build strong bonds with your clients
Business Travel Consultant (Music) other info:
- Working between 0830-1830 on a small shift pattern working either 8.30am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm Please note flexibility is needed for this position due to the nature of the clients you are dealing with.
