Procurement Consultant
Venn Group is working with a large healthcare organisation to recruit Procurement Consultant to successfully lead an exciting new construction project.
Day rate: £500 - £600 (umbrella) dependant on experience
Duration: 3 months
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: remote (occasional site visits)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Awarding multiple professional service contracts to consultancies/advisory firms to determine feasibility of sites
- Coordinating specifications and oversee tender / procurement processes
- Evaluating and awarding contracts, ensuring governance is strictly adhered to throughout all procurement processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders and clinical leads
- Ensuring the scheme remains cost-efficient when awarding new tenders
- Signing off on all contracts
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous NHS or healthcare experience
- Procurement experience with large construction projects or new builds
- MCIPS qualification
