Parts Administrator

My Client in Avonmouth is in the position of recruiting for a Parts Administrator/Store person to support our existing team.

Candidates must be confident and have excellent communication skills, as well as being well organised.

Candidates should also enjoy problem solving, and have a good eye for detail and be self-motivated.

Experience is not essential and training in company products, procedures and systems will be provided.

The role involves

  • Stock control
  • Managing stock locations/Stock take
  • Sourcing parts
  • Reading and understanding exploded views and wiring diagrams
  • Assisting workshop
  • Assisting with product reworks, adhering to work regulations
  • Parts packaging
  • Processing orders and returns
  • Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential
  • Assisting Customer Service department on the phones when required

The salary is in the region of £25714- plus bonuses, (subject to completing 3 month probationary period) we offer 31 days paid holiday including bank holidays and a company pension scheme is available.
