HR Specialist with Recruitment Experience
Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for recruitment? Are you ready to make an immediate impact in a dynamic team? Due to increased workload, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Specialist to provide essential support to a HR team.
Location: Wigton
Type: Part-time or Full-time (3-6 months)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay rate: £13.50 - £16.50ph (dependent on experience)
Our client, a successful manufacturing company, prides themselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Their HR team is pivotal in ensuring they attract, retain, and develop top talent. As they navigate a busy period, they need an additional HR Specialist to join them and help manage their recruitment efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Provide general HR support as needed, contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a 3-6 month period.
