CONTRACT MANGER
SALARY: UPTO £65K DOE
LOCATION: DARTFORD
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY

A fast growing FM company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to work on one of their most prestigious accounts.
As the Contract Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of PPM contracts of between £800k and £1million in value.
DUTIES
- Ensuring assigned contracts are provided with operational and technical standard of service delivery
- Ensure, with support all H&S parties, all works on site are delivered in a safe manner with all H&S protocols adhered too.
- Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and expenditure
- Ensure all works/records/compliance data are kept on site and back office to appropriate standards
- Responsible for the process and site conduct on all your contracts
- Developing client relationships
- Providing detailed quotes on contract services
- Undertaking quality assurance inspections
- Attending monthly meetings
To be considered for the role of Contract Manager you must have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Contract Manager along with experience of working within a hospital setting along with:
- Ability to accurately estimate HVAC work
- Understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts and works
- Experience of working within a challenging service and maintenance related environment
- You must have gas experience with ideally qualifications
