As Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving growth within the Technology team
- Developing business with new and existing clients across the UK
- Cross-selling for additional divisions
- Expanding relationships with current clients
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Offering support and guidance to junior team members
- Contributing innovative ideas to the management team
- Marketing job vacancies
- Conducting candidate reference checks
- Organising and scheduling interviews
- Overseeing negotiations with candidates and clients
