Hays are working with an established worldwide manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area who are looking for an experienced Controlling Business Partner to join the team on a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2025.
Your new role
This is a great role for an accomplished finance professional and key duties will include but not limited to the following areas.
- Strategic Business Planning: monitoring and evaluating the business plan.
- Annual Planning: Budget processing and planning
- Forecasting: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual forecasting analysis
- Business Performance Reporting: Working with stakeholders including activities associated with short and long term financial and non-financial performance.
- Business Analysis: Analysis of business financial information, presenting back to key stakeholders.
- Management of a small finance team
- Project / Risk management
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit an experienced finance professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proven background with analysis and interpretation of finance and non-financial information.
