A Russell Group University in Lodon is looking for a short term Website Executive to join the team for 4 weeks, working 4 days per week. The Website Executive will be working across 2 teams to support with data cleansing and organisation across their CRM and CMS.
Client Details
Our client is a prestigious Russell Group University in London. They have large internal digital, communications and marketing teams, where this role will be sat.
This role has hybrid working, in the office 1-2 days per week.
Description
- Supporting the Alumni team with data clean up across excel sheets for upload to CRM.
- Running & documenting testing of search and website functionality to ensure smooth user experience.
- Amending content to improve search engine optimisation (SEO) and overall website accessibility.
- Working collaboratively with the website team.
Profile
A successful Website Executive should have:
- Excellent excel and data literacy.
- General knowledge or prior use of CRM and CMS systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Collaborative approach to working and is able to stick to tight deadlines.
- Desirable: knowledge of digital best practices and key accessibility guidelines related to websites.
Job Offer
- £140 - £155 per day PAYE (Umbrella also available).
- Part time role 4 days a week.
