About Our Client: We are conducting a search on behalf of a leading recruitment agency located in the vibrant Canary Wharf, London. Since 2016, their secondary desk has been building strong client and candidate relationships, reaching 150 days this academic year and poised to start September with 100 days. They are seeking an experienced Secondary Consultant to inherit and further develop this established and successful desk.
Role: Secondary Consultant (Experienced)
As an experienced Secondary Consultant, you will inherit a well-established desk with a proven track record. You will manage and nurture existing relationships while identifying new opportunities to grow the desk. With the support of our structured progression plan and a supportive management team, you will have all the tools necessary to succeed and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the established secondary desk
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience for 2+ years as a Secondary Consultant in recruitment
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
