Head of Operations – Reigate (Hybrid Remote) - £50-65k

Ada Meher are happy to be partnered with a rapidly evolving Web Development Agency in the heart of Reigate as they look to recruit a Head of Operations to join their Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This position will have a mix of people management, with around 4 direct reports in the Project Management team, as well as more strategic and planning responsibilities for both the short, medium and long term.
The company has built its culture around both flexibility and collaboration. Because of this, you can expect flexibility in hours (around a core schedule) as well as the ability to swap bank holidays for extra holiday days elsewhere in the year. They also have opted for a hybrid approach to empower employees to work from where they feel most productive as well as promoting contact time with the team in the office a couple days a week.
To be considered:
- Prior experience in either an Operations Manager or Head of Operations role in an agency or SaaS business
- Ability to think and plan strategically, implementing and improving existing processes
- Experience analysing and reporting on key data to drive process optimisation and/or cost optimisation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Prior experience in an Agency environment would be a benefit
