We are seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team, providing high-quality teaching support to various schools in the Maidstone and Medway areas. Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and classroom environments.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Providing feedback on student performance to permanent staff.
- Ensuring continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and following school policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching at primary, secondary, or tertiary levels (as appropriate).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
