Please note this role is 5 days onsite.

As the Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the complete payroll function of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of payroll processing for clients, developing policies, liaising with various stakeholders, preparing reports and maintaining records. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest changes in payroll legislation and best practices. This role requires a high level of commitment, collaboration, understanding, and sound communication.

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for client's payroll
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to resolve any payroll-related issues
  • Prepare reports on payroll activities for senior management review
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information for payroll processing
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Stay abreast of changes in payroll legislation and best practices
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties related to payroll as required
