Role: 2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: Central Lancaster
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 DOE
Our client who are within the Managed IT space, support a vast range of clients within different industries around Lancashire. They are looking for a hands-on 2nd Line IT Engineer who don't mind working in a fast paced environment supporting clients remotely and on-site.
Tech Stack:
- Virtualisation - VMWare or Hyper-V
- Office 365 - Deployments & Management
- Applications - Intune, SharePoint, PowerShell
- Cloud Services
- Active Directory / Group Policy's
- Windows Server up to 2019
- DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP
- Networking - VPN's / VLAN's / Wireshark
- Wireless Technologies - Aruba / Meraki

- Clear communication skills (no tech jargon)
- Have a can-do attitude, be a team player
- Great customer service skills
- Able to speak on the phone / respond to emails
- Have 1 year minimum experience within an IT environment
