Job Title: Payroll Assistant

Role Overview:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in processing accurate and timely salary payments for all colleagues and ensuring compliance with UK Legislation, National insurance and pensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of manual and computerised payrolls, to include all pay methods and frequencies
- The ability to work to strict and tight deadlines
- Prior knowledge of payroll and HR systems, both integrated and interface driven
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products, including file relationships and data import / export techniques.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 5 years experience within Payroll.
- Experience with end to end payroll.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
