Allocations Inventory Analyst - 7 Month Secondment

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a 7 Month Secondment within the Allocations Inventory Analyst Team

You will join the product supply team and take responsibility for achieving and maximising Company product availability targets through careful planning whilst working closely with internal stakeholders.

To apply for this role, you should be able to commit to working 38 hours a week Monday to Friday.

This is a Hybrid Role you will be required to work in the office at least 2 days a week however on occasions this could be more if the business requires and during Training period.

Role Responsibility

  • Organising and processing General, seasonal, and promotional allocation using Excel to an advanced level.
  • Accurately process and manipulate large data sets.
  • Ensure key issues are communicated to internal stakeholders and support with resolution.
  • To ensure Allocations are planned and executed accurately and on time.
  • To provide Service Level Updates through excel to the wider business.
  • To ensure Customer service team queries are responded to within SLA and quality, identifying trends and putting in solutions to deliver improved retailer service.
  • Supporting Seasonal Events, Promotions and activities
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholder teams to ensure that trading activities are identified and complement supply chain goals and vice versa.
  • Measuring the costs & benefits associated with your work.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

You will need

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is key.
  • All experience considered.
  • Ability to accurately process large volumes of data.
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Enjoys working with data.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Work on your own initiative with a pro-active approach to tasks and be able to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.
  • Good communication skills
  • The aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly.
