JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 3+ years PQE
LOCATION: North Yorkshire
THE ROLE:
This Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to deal with a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The role will be varied and cover advising the broad remit of residential property matters including re-mortgages, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 3 years' proven experience managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. A relevant legal qualification (ie Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer) would be preferred however strong technical expertise in freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and re-mortgages is equally important.
