Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Clerk
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: FTE £28,000 - £38,000
Top of the range will be offered to a candidate with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll and, ideally, Month End Payroll reporting.
We are currently recruiting for a valued client of ours in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of the monthly Payroll. We are specifically looking for a candidate with previous working experience of end-ton-end Payroll in order to hit the ground running in the position! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroller that is looking for the flexibility of Part-Time work. 30 hours a week and this can be split over 4 full days or across 5 and accommodate for school runs!
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Completing a monthly Payroll end-to-end and being a point of contact for any pay related queries
- Onboarding new starters, ensuring all compliance is met
- Calculating and administering any adjustments for over-time, pay changes, etc.
- Involvement in Month End reporting for Payroll and assisting the Financial Controller where possible
Ideally, You Will:
- Have plenty of working experience in end-to-end payroll in order to hit the ground running in the role!
- Have working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll, as this is the system that will be used
- Experience with XERO is desirable however not essential as training can be provided
- Exposure to Month End reporting is also desirable however not essential as training can be provided
- Ideally, the successful candidate will be immediately available or on a shorter notice period in order to get cracking in the role as soon as possible!
