Job Title: Lettings Director / Head of Lettings
Location: SW London (Fulham area)
Salary: Negotiable. Generous Basic and OTE. Guarantee in place circa £70-100K DOE with future Share Options
We are working with a new and exciting independent estate agency in SW London - they will be a trendy and modern Estate Agency offering the full suite of traditional agency offerings. The Lettings business which has already launched will comprise of PRS Lettings, Corporate Lettings, Air B&B and short term/holiday lettings.

The Lettings Director / Head of Lettings will set up, establish, lead, and manage a new Lettings Division based in Fulham and the surrounding area of SW London. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to take a step into future company shareholding and lead a successful lettings division.
Essential Skills and Benefits:
- Experienced Residential Lettings: Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Listing / Valuations Experience: Proven track record in PRS Lettings, Corporate Lettings, Short lets.
- Sales Ability: Exceptional leadership and selling skills.
- Customer Service: High level of customer service skills.
- Professionalism: ARLA qualified, well-presented, articulate and exceptional business leader
