We are proud to be representing our well-respected legal client in their search for a paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time in the office, Monday to Friday, 9-5.
Key duties to include:
- Undertake file opening and administrative duties as required.
- Deal with enquiries raised by
- Utilise land registry portal.
- Draft AP1's and stamp duty returns.
- Progress post-exchange and post-completion files.
- Undertake legal research as required.
- Order and checking routine property searches.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year's previous experience in conveyancing.
- A bachelors degree in law.
- A strong work ethic and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
Salary will offer £24,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.
