Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber based within Winsford, CW7
The ideal candidate would have previous experience within the FM industry and hold a level 2 qualification.
Available shifts / Locations below:
- Monday to Friday ( 5 Days a week)
- 08:00-16:40pm
- Postcode: CW7 1AH
- £16.14 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue.
- Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
- This position is PAYE
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Must have at least 2 years previous Plumbing experience
- Must have experience within general plumbing tasks
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is desirable
- DBS or equivalent required
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- A good standard of Secondary Education, including Maths and English
- Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
Duties and experience required:
- To be able to carry out Maintenance and response to Reactive Calls
- Have a good understanding of mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is essential
- To be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- To be able to operate equipment, maintain records, respond to emergencies, ensure safety compliance, collaborate with colleagues, and may receive training
- To complete high quality repair and maintenance works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis.
- Complete Plumbing and multi skilled works to complete the job in one visit when applicable.
