Job title: People Advisor

Location: A short walk from London Bridge
Salary: £18 an hour + holiday pay
Contract duration: 4 weeks
Hours: Full time, 2 days in the office, 3 days at home

Your role as People Advisor is to deliver professional service to employees and coaching managers to successfully manage employee relation cases, and to help the charity meet its goals around equity and diversity.
Day to day duties of the People Advisor will include;
- Advising managers of employee relations matters
- Work on relevant change management programmes
- Improve and create policies and procedures that compliment legislations and laws
- Manage all exit interviews
- Lead on the management of all probation and sickness absences
The skills that you will bring to your role as People Advisor will include but will not be limited to;
- Experience of working in a similar ideally within a charity
- Relevant CIPD qualifications - ideally Level 5
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Strong knowledge of employee legislations
- Experience of working on and leading on employee relation cases
- Knowledge of policy work and project work
