SQL Developer. 3-month contract - £225pd inside IR35
We are currently looking for an experienced SQL Developer to come and join one of Birmingham's largest NHS trusts. It is a role to come into the business and help improve Database performance and the general productivity!
The trust is an extremely well-known organisation within the NHS.
Key responsibilities:
- The Snr Developer is tasked with the support and maintenance of all 900 or so databases hosted / managed by the ICT department
- Acting as the departments Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SQL database technology
- Set the Trust's database technology strategy and vision with the HOD and will make decisions on the operations of all Trust SQL Database Management Systems (DBMS)
- Improving database performance and maintaining their data quality and integrity
- Helping with the design and implementation of new database systems
Essential experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar position
- Experience with working as the company SME on database tech
This would be a great short-term role and provides the ability for possible extensions over the coming months.
