Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Audit 3rd party manufacturers and key suppliers
- Maintain site standards for quality, hygiene, pest control etc
- Work closely with the manufacturing & NPD team to ensure consistency
- Report on quality metrics and present data-driven reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for product inspections
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
